Pig Trap Trays

BKW’s custom Pig Trap Trays are used to enhance the loading and unloading of large diameter pigs into and out of pig launchers and receivers. They can be equipped with hydraulic rams for loading and hydraulic winches for unloading. Tray height is adjustable to be compatible with the barrel and a wooden bumper is provided to prevent damage to the closure sealing surfaces. A track is provided to move the tray to clear the closure door. Trays can also be equipped with 360° jib cranes, tray bridles, rails and elevating devices. The pig trap tray significantly improves efficiency and safety when loading and unloading pigs.
