An engineered anchor system used for pipeline buoyancy control that provides the reliability of concrete weights at the cost of auger anchors.
Replaces Pig Launchers when installed in a pipeline with a lateral line requiring pigging. Allows pigs to be switched from one pipeline to another, a one into two situation.
Developed for running pigs from two pipelines into one where the lateral flow is into the mainline, eliminating Receiver Traps.
A cleaning pig used for testing and dewatering gathering systems. Can run through short radius weld ells and tees.
Pig Trap design includes ground or skid-mounted with the mainline block valve included along with a jib crane and pig trap tray. Sphere launcher design is similar to the Pig Trap with the launching of spheres using dual pins.
Pig Trap Tray elevates the pig and inserts and removes the pig into and out of the trap. Custom designed to match the pig trap and can use a powered ram on large diameter pig launchers.
The Jib Crane is for loading and unloading large diameter pigs at the traps. 360° rotation with hand or motorized hoists.
The Ball Hook is used to handle spheres when loading and unloading from traps.
The BKW single-riser Slug Catcher is designed to separate liquid from gas in high velocity conditions without carryover.
